No, the Sony Alpha 1 is not compatible with the Sony Tough G 128GB CFexpress Type B.
Sony A1 does not accept CFexpress Type B cards, including Sony's own Tough G Type B. The A1 uses Type A/SD combo slots only. Both combo slots take CFexpress Type A or SD UHS-II cards only.
