No, the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (4th Gen) is not compatible with the Rode Podcaster.
Rode Podcaster is a USB dynamic microphone that connects to a computer via USB. Scarlett 2i2's only mic inputs are 2 combo XLR/TRS preamp inputs. USB microphones cannot be routed through Scarlett 2i2's signal chain.
