Blue Yeti is a USB condenser microphone that connects to a computer via USB. Scarlett 2i2's only mic inputs are 2 combo XLR/TRS preamp inputs -- its USB-C port is a host connection to the computer, not a USB audio input. USB microphones cannot be routed through Scarlett 2i2's signal chain.
